Since 2012, CEC Global has supported organisations operating across international and politically sensitive markets through strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, corporate facilitation and risk advisory services.
We work with an established international network of communications, government-relations, security and sector specialists. This enables CEC to assemble appropriate expertise and support credible stakeholder engagement across selected markets and industries, subject to each mandate and applicable compliance requirements.

Nicholas Cobb (TME CdB)
Managing Partner & Founder
Nicholas Cobb founded CEC Global in 2012 and has nearly 20 years of communications and advisory experience. He has supported organisations and senior stakeholders across defence and security, energy, finance, international business and public affairs, with particular experience in strategic positioning, partnership development and cross-border stakeholder engagement.
Nicholas has chaired and supported international industry events and contributes commentary on energy, defence, business and geopolitical affairs. He also serves as a volunteer crew member and press officer with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI), the UK charity dedicated to saving lives at sea.
In 2024, Nicholas received the rank of Knight Commander from the Order des Belges in recognition of humanitarian service. This is an honorary distinction and is separate from his professional roles at CEC Global.
Norman Leach
Partner - Business Consulting & The Americas
Norman Leach has had over 30 years experience in international trade and strategic studies with a diverse business background including agriculture, government, non-profit, health care, security and training and education. Norman established the Province of Alberta’s Trade Office in Mexico City and has won awards for his work in export development. A well known military historian Norman has 12 books published and has been featured on the Canadian best-seller list and is the historian for the South Alberta Light Horse Regimental Association. For his work with charities Norman has received the Canada 125 Medal, the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal and the Alberta Centennial medal.
Leo Tee

Based in Shanghai, Leo Tee, is a qualified accountant, financial advisor and insurance broker. He was educated and worked in the UK for a number of years. In 2000 he founded Phoenix International Investments an asset management firm based in Shanghai with offices in Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Leo has over 20 years of experience handling wealth management for HNWIs globally.
Gabriel Ndulue

Nominated into the Institute of Business development of Nigeria, Ndulue Gabriel is an astute businessman and project manager. He has extensive first-hand experience of doing business in Africa. With a degree in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Ndulue has enjoyed a successful career spanning well over 10 years in the: Energy, Finance, Agriculture and ICT sectors. Ndulue has a well developed network and engages in contract ventures with governing bodies in major cities across Nigeria. Through his career Ndulue has sat on the boards of: Maximum Replace Nig Ltd and Frontier Resource Energy Nig ltd.
Mirjam Zwingli
Partner - Europe
Mirjam Katharina Zwingli has an MA in Intercultural Business Communication and a BA in Translation Science. She is a networker for high ranking European business and political circles. Bringing together European experts with a common goal and analysing possible synergies is her speciality. Mirjam has also spoken at the European Parliament and has undertaken a number of election monitoring missions. Mirjam is also a Swiss expatriate in Germany. Moreover she is working on her doctoral thesis for a Ph.D. in Communication Science and Media Research.
Anton Samoylenko

Anton Samoylenko is an awarded consultant in the field of branding, marketing, and advertising. Having worked as an advisor to a number of European companies such as The CityUK, Moscow International Financial Centre, New Century Media, Ensemble Productions, Formula 1 and Gryphon - Anton is a specialist in the field of reputation management in the oil and gas sector. Anton has significant experience of consulting major projects across the entirety of the Former Soviet Union.

Michael Wynne Parker

Michael Wynne-Parker has served as Chairman of Introcom International for more than 40 years. His experience spans association management, international relationship development, communications and advisory work involving senior public- and private-sector stakeholders across multiple markets. He is also the author of seven books.
Dr Heinz Peter Platzer
Strategic Adviser to the Board
Dr Heinz Peter Platzer is an economist, author and international adviser with experience spanning macroeconomics, industry and cross-border cooperation. He serves as Secretary General of EUREKA Brussels and has held advisory and supervisory roles with international organisations.
He has published extensively on macroeconomics, history and the arts.
